I specialise in supporting people affected by cancer, drawing on both professional training and a deep understanding of the emotional impact it can have.

I often think of the cancer journey as a coastal voyage with six stages: the diagnosis, the treatment, the carers, the remission, the new you, and the deep dive. Rather than separate steps, they often overlap, shift, and return in waves.

As a qualified Counsellor and Rapid Transformational Therapist, I offer support for:

I believe that counselling is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is an award-winning, globally recognised therapy technique based on neuroscience. It combines the most powerful principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to deliver fast, effective, and lasting results. We essentially peel back the layers until we discover the root cause of your issue. I like to think of RTT® as having three essential parts: Motion, Action, and Release.

This therapy has three parts; the initial consultation, the actual session which runs for around 90 minutes and as our mind learns by repetition, a bespoke recording (10 -15 minutes) that you will listen to each day for a minimum of 21-28 days.
