Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a therapeutic approach that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuroscience and cognitive techniques to help uncover and change limiting subconscious beliefs.

Yes. Sessions are available online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home or office.

Yes. In-person appointments are available on Sydney's Northern Beaches. However, at the moment all appointments are conducted online.

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

Counselling sessions are $130 per session, inclusive of GST.

Yes. Your privacy is important. All sessions are confidential except where there are legal or ethical obligations relating to safety.
