Think of the subconscious mind as the operating system running in the background. It stores everything it has learned about who you are, what you deserve, whether you are safe, lovable, capable and enough.
The fascinating part is that many of these beliefs were formed during childhood, long before you had the ability to question them. As children, we absorb information from the world around us and create beliefs designed to help us make sense of our experiences. The challenge is that what protected you at five years old may be limiting you at fifty.
Perhaps you've always struggled with confidence. Perhaps you keep attracting the same type of relationship. Perhaps you find it difficult to set boundaries, ask for what you need or believe in your own worth.
More often than not, these patterns are linked to old subconscious beliefs that continue to influence your behaviour today.
