I offer two distinct forms of therapy: Counselling and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®). Each option is unique, and therapy is a deeply personal decision. Finding the right fit with your therapist is essential, which is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute session to explore whether we’re the right match. My primary focus is your comfort and ensuring the sessions meet your needs.
